What buyers ask us first.
What's the minimum order?
100 kits. Custom parts like pins and boxes have their own factory minimums, so on smaller kit runs we adjust the item mix or quantities to keep the price sensible.
Why are some items made locally?
Notebooks, pens, bottles and bags are widely available in South Africa and can be branded here quickly. Textiles also carry high import duty. We import only what's worth importing: custom pins, boxes and lanyards.
Can you pack kits by name?
Yes. Send us the delegate list and we'll label each kit by name, table or region.
Do you deliver to the venue?
Yes, anywhere in Gauteng is included. Other provinces are quoted separately.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. The mockup is free. You pay a 50% deposit only after you approve the kit and the quote, and the balance on delivery.
