Questions
What buyers ask us first.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. The mockup is free. You pay a 50% deposit only after you approve the design and the quote, and the balance on delivery.
Why made in China?
Custom shapes, finishes and packaging at these quantities cost far less there, and the best factories have done this for decades. We check the factory and the goods, so you get the price without the gamble.
How long does it take?
About 8 weeks for pins, 12 weeks for kits and 14 weeks for boxes from approval to delivery. Add four weeks if Chinese New Year falls in your window. Each page works out your order-by date.
Is the price fixed?
The prices on the pages are guides. Your fixed quote in rand comes with the mockup and includes production, freight, customs duty, VAT and delivery in Gauteng.
