Why fold-flat
You pay to ship boxes. Most of that is air.
A fixed rigid box travels fully built, so most of the container is empty space you pay for. A fold-flat box ships flat and snaps together in seconds. Same feel in the hand, about a quarter of the shipping space.

What buyers ask us first.
What's the minimum order?
300 boxes per design. Factories make every box to order, so below about 300 the setup costs make each box expensive.
How long does it take?
About fourteen weeks from your brief to delivery: mockup and sample in the first three weeks, two to three weeks of production, then about six weeks at sea and through customs. Around Chinese New Year, add four weeks.
Can you fill the boxes too?
Yes. We can add pins, notebooks, cards and other items and pack each box in Johannesburg. See our event and welcome kits.
Do I pay before I see anything?
No. The mockup is free. You pay a 50% deposit only after you approve the design and the quote, and the balance on delivery.
Are customs, duty and delivery included?
Yes. The quote is the landed price in rand, delivered to your door in Gauteng. VAT is added on our invoice.
Are the boxes recyclable?
The board and paper are. For a greener box, choose a moulded pulp insert instead of foam, and skip plastic lamination.
